He did it! He's a mighty hunter of many things, selectively and legally, but never before a turkey. It's pretty cool that he got a beautiful young male yesterday. For anyone uneasy about shooting wild birds, turkeys are extremely abundant and prolific around our area, even to the point of nuisance.
This beautiful fan tail will be proudly displayed in his office.
Rachel, Todd offered to send the feet to Alaska with me next week so you can make soup and feel as though you were back in Africa! Yum, Yum!
The turkey had the last laugh, even after it had expired!
